Artistic Development

During their early years, children develop their creativity and imagination by exploring the visual, tactile and sensory qualities of materials and processes. They learn about the role of art, craft and design in their environment and begin to understand color, shape, space pattern and texture and use them to represent their ideas and feelings.

Each child is an individual and has unique gifts which need to be developed. Some children may favor drawing, while others may favor pottery.  In order to develop their potential, a wide choice of materials should be used in order to develop their potential.
