Why will exercise help to lose weight ?
Exercise speeds up metabolism and helps to suppress appetite. It increases fat loss dramatically and improves fitness and muscle strength. It also increases good cholesterol and decreases bad cholesterol. Blood pressure is lowered and memory is improved. You feel and look younger and this of course, adds to your self-esteem.
It is strongly recommended that you incorporate exercise into your weight-loss program. You will feel better, have more energy and your muscles will become more toned, so you will look better too. This in turn helps to motivate you because you see results so very quickly. Exercise is more than cosmetic and is an important factor in achieving the quality of life you seek. Start your exercise program slowly and do it at least three times a week.
